Refunds 30-day money-back promise
If a template doesn't do what this site says it does, email us within 30 days of purchase
and we'll refund you in full. No interrogation, no hoops.
Every template includes a test mode that runs on dummy data with zero API cost —
so you can verify everything works before it touches anything real.
- How to request: reply directly to your Gumroad receipt email, or email
support@matemplates.com with your Gumroad order number.
- Processing: refunds are issued through Gumroad back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
- Duplicate purchases or accidental orders: always refunded — just ask.
- What's not covered: "I changed my mind" after more than 30 days, or refunds requested because your n8n instance, API accounts, or third-party services weren't set up (the docs cover all of that).
License What you can (and can't) do
Buying a template grants you a perpetual, commercial-use license for one deployment
(your own project, or one client project).
- You may: import, run, and freely modify the workflow; use it for client work; keep every future update (free re-downloads from your Gumroad library).
- You may not: resell, redistribute, or share the template files themselves — modified or not — as templates or as part of a competing template product.
- Agencies running many client installs: email us for a simple bulk arrangement instead of buying one copy per client.
- The underlying open-source n8n platform remains under its own license (fair-code, sustainable-use) and is unrelated to your template purchase.
Support Included, not upsold
Email support@matemplates.com with any setup question —
included with every purchase. You get answers from the person who built the template,
usually within one business day.
Privacy Minimal by design
- This site is static HTML — no cookies, no analytics scripts, no trackers.
- Purchases and payments are handled entirely by Gumroad; we never see or store your card details.
- We only ever see what Gumroad shares with sellers: your email address and order details — used exclusively for support and refunds.
- We never sell, rent, share, or train AI models on customer information.
